1. Burj Khalifa-
Burj Khalifa (formerly known as Burj Dubai before its inauguration) is a massive skyscraper located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With a total height of 829.8 meters (2,722 feet, approximately half a mile) and a roof height (excluding the antenna) of 828 meters (2,717 feet), its spire reaches up to 242.6 meters. This iconic structure holds the title of the tallest building in the world.
After reaching its final height in 2009, Burj Khalifa surpassed Taipei 101 in Taiwan, which held the record since 2004, to become the tallest structure on Earth.
Construction began in 2004, and its exterior was completed in 2009. The main structure is made of reinforced concrete, and some of the structural steel used in the building was sourced from the Palace of the Republic in East Berlin, which once served as the headquarters of the former East German Parliament.
The tower was officially opened in 2010 as part of a new urban development project called Downtown Dubai. It was designed to be the centerpiece of a large mixed-use complex, which now stands as a global symbol of tourism, business, luxury living, and architectural innovation.
2. Dubai Safari Park-

4. Dubai Fountain Show-
The Dubai Fountain is a choreographed fountain system located at the heart of the Downtown Dubai development in the United Arab Emirates. It is set on the artificial Burj Khalifa Lake, which spans 12 hectares (30 acres).
This magnificent fountain was designed by WET Design, a California-based company also known for designing the famous fountains at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
The fountain is illuminated by 6,600 lights and 25 color projectors, stretching to a length of approximately 275 meters (902 feet). It can shoot water up to 500 feet (152.4 meters) into the air, synchronized to a wide variety of music — ranging from classical compositions to contemporary Arabic and international tunes.
The impressive project was constructed at a cost of around 800 million dirhams (approximately 218 million USD).
By 2025, it is expected to be recognized as the world’s largest choreographed fountain show.
5. Palm Jumeirah-
Palm Jumeirah, located near the Jumeirah district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is an artificial archipelago built in the Persian Gulf. It is part of the larger Palm Islands development project, which also includes Palm Jebel Ali and the Dubai Islands. Once fully completed, these developments are expected to extend Dubai’s coastline by approximately 520 kilometers (320 miles). As of 2022, the population of Palm Jumeirah exceeds 25,000 residents.
The islands were constructed using land reclamation technology. As the name suggests, the island was designed in the shape of a palm tree. Its structure is divided into three main sections:

The building is architecturally distinctive, designed to resemble the sail of a dhow (a traditional Arabic sailing vessel), making it one of the most iconic landmarks in the world.
Near the top of the hotel, there is a helipad located at a height of approximately 210 meters (689 feet) above ground level, which is often used for events and special landings.
7. Ski Dubai-
Ski Dubai is an indoor ski resort that features an indoor ski area spanning approximately 22,500 square meters. The temperature inside the park is maintained year-round between -1°C to 2°C (30°F to 36°F). This resort is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is part of one of the world’s largest shopping malls — the Mall of the Emirates. It was developed by the Majid Al Futtaim Group, which also manages the mall.
Opened in November 2005, this indoor resort features an 85-meter (279-foot) tall artificial mountain, roughly equivalent to the height of a 25-story building. It offers five different ski slopes, each designed with varying levels of difficulty and gradient. These include:
- A 400-meter (1,300-foot) long ski run
- The world’s first indoor black diamond run
- Various snow park features such as boxes, rails, and kickers, which are regularly changed to offer new experiences
The resort is also equipped with a chairlift and a tow lift that transport skiers and snowboarders to the top of the mountain.
8. Wild Wadi Waterpark–
Wild Wadi Water Park is an outdoor water park located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is situated in the Jumeirah area, next to the Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is operated by Jumeirah International, a hospitality group based in Dubai.
Wild Wadi Water Park offers a variety of thrilling water attractions, including:

At one point, the park featured the largest water slide outside of North America, which was later removed to make space for two new rides.
